Cloud Consultant – Microsoft Solutions

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire (Hybrid) or Remote for the right candidate

As Misco continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Cloud Consultant to join our expanding Solutions team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft cloud expertise who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales teams, and designing solutions that deliver real business value.

Working alongside our award-winning Solutions and Enterprise teams, you'll play a key role in helping customers navigate their cloud journey by providing technical expertise, leading discovery conversations, recommending best-fit Microsoft solutions, and producing accurate quotations and proposals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting our sales teams throughout the customer engagement process.
  • Leading customer discovery calls to understand technical and commercial requirements.
  • Designing Microsoft cloud and licensing solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Producing quotations, solution proposals and recommendations.
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Working closely with our Enterprise and Solutions teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Keeping up to date with Microsoft's cloud technologies, licensing and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant or Solutions Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Microsoft 365, Azure and Microsoft licensing.
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to recommend solutions that deliver value.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and presenting technical solutions to customers.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine passion for technology.
