Microsoft Copilot Adoption Specialist - 3 months - Fully Remote
Role: Copilot AI Adoption Specialist
Duration: 3 months
Location: fully remote (UK based candidates only)
Rate: £450 per day, outside of IR35
Our consultancy client is looking for an experienced Copilot AI Adoption & Training Consultant to support the delivery of customer-facing Microsoft AI engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot training and enablement sessions for end users, champions, managers and leadership teams.
- Design and deliver Copilot Studio training for citizen developers.
- Enable business users to build, test and manage straightforward Copilot Studio agents.
- Facilitate AI use-case discovery and ideation workshops.
- Help customers identify valuable, realistic and measurable AI opportunities.
- Deliver AI governance and Responsible AI workshops.
- Advise customers on appropriate governance, guardrails and adoption best practices.
- Deliver hands-on workshops and practical learning sessions.
- Provide ongoing enablement through office hours, coaching sessions and Q&A clinics.
- Create high-quality training materials, workshop content and user documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure training aligns with the objectives of each customer engagement.

Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot training and enablement.
- Experience delivering engaging workshops to business users and senior leadership teams.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and citizen developer enablement.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities.
- Experience facilitating AI use-case discovery or adoption workshops.
- An understanding of AI governance and Responsible AI principles.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience producing professional training materials and user documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
