Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Functional Consultant

Location: UK Remote (occasional travel to customer sites and team meetings)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits

We're working with an established Microsoft Solutions Partner that delivers innovative Microsoft business solutions to customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Functional Consultant to their Professional Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, gathering business requirements and delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions from discovery through to go-live.

The Role

As a Functional Consultant, you'll work across multiple client projects, helping organisations maximise their investment in Microsoft technologies.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Running discovery sessions and gathering business requirements
  • Facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Supporting projects through the full implementation lifecycle
  • Delivering user training and knowledge transfer
  • Supporting testing, UAT and solution deployment
  • Working closely with internal technical teams and project managers
  • Contributing ideas for product and process improvements

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Requirements gathering and business analysis
  • Stakeholder management
  • Delivering customer workshops
  • User training and documentation
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Client-facing consultancy

Desirable

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure
  • Microsoft Certifications (PL-900, MB-210 or similar)
  • Power BI experience
  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or Consultancy
