Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant (Power Platform)
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
The Opportunity
An established Microsoft Partner is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant to join its growing Professional Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading client engagements, delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll work with customers from discovery through to implementation, training and ongoing solution enhancement, helping organisations maximise the value of their Microsoft investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
- Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned to business needs.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Deliver customer demonstrations, workshops and end-user training.
- Support solution enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure projects follow structured development and deployment processes (Development, UAT and Production).
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Consultants and Technical teams.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent customer communication.
- Promote best practice and high-quality solution delivery throughout implementations.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven commercial experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions.
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working with AI capabilities within the Power Platform, including Copilot.
- Previous experience delivering customer workshops and training sessions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Microsoft PL-900 certification or equivalent knowledge.
