About This Role
As the Product Owner for Property Accounting within our YAVICA products, you’ll oversee gathering, prioritising, and delivering product requirements while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You’ll work across our end-to-end financial solutions, including:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- General ledger
- Financial reporting
- Tax accounting
- Loans & treasury
The ideal candidate will combine finance and accounting expertise, Dynamics 365 experience, and a passion for building values solutions tailored for property finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to align on product vision, customer requirements, and feature priorities.
- Maintain and organise the product backlog, ensuring all features are clearly captured, written, and reflect current priorities and statuses.
- Driven benefits analysis and conceptualise functional designs, including diagrams, mock-ups, and documentation for customer needs.
- Coordinate across product teams—work with Peer Product Owners and the Head of Product Ownership to deliver solution designs, adhere to standards, and obtain peer review and endorsement.
- Engage with developers to clarify acceptance criteria, answer technical questions, and make real-time decisions during feature implementation.
- Own product quality—partner with Junior Product Owners and QA teams to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and test cases (including automated and manual testing).
- Participate in defect triage—drive resolution, validation, and testing processes.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation and training materials accurately reflect boris features and functionality.

Requirements
You might be a great Product Owner fit if you have:
Domain Expertise
✅ Extensive knowledge in Real Estate, Property Management, or Property Accounting processes/software. ✅ Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and related platforms.
UX/UI & Customer Focus
✅ Strong UI/UX sensibilities, including design principles, usability, and user-centric design. ✅ Ability to understand business processes, roles, and the motivations behind customer needs.

✅ Process optimisation skills—ability to analyse, identify solutions, and align with use case requirements. ✅ Research & evaluation expertise—capable of assessing tools, approaches, and MVPs. ✅ Technical engagement—sufficient software development experience to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
