Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior Finance consultant to lead and deliver some of the most reputable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations and related initiatives. This role requires a highly skilled functional consultant with a strong passion for technology, and capable of translating complex business requirements into practical, high-quality solutions

Your role
Work within a collaborative, high-performance environment delivering some of the world’s largest and most complex IT transformation programmes, built on Microsoft platforms. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary specialist teams across the full Microsoft stack, supporting clients as they transition to modern, cloud-based operating models across the UK and internationally. Own the high-level, end-to-end solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects. This includes responsibility for requirements gathering, solution design, functional testing, and data migration to ensure client business needs are fully understood, achievable, and successfully delivered. Lead and facilitate client workshops, design sessions, and end-user training to ensure effective solution adoption and knowledge transfer. Design, configure, and implement business processes and end-to-end workflows aligned to customer requirements and industry best practices. Act as a primary interface between client stakeholders, end users, solution architects, technical teams, and Microsoft FastTrack architects, ensuring clear communication and aligned delivery. Knowledge of financial operations, reporting, and compliance requirements: via SSRS Reports, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Electronic Reporting. Your Skills And Experience
Experience in full cycle implementations within the Microsoft ERP stack, including a range of industry areas. Experience in Data migration, movement and promotion, including the Data Management Framework (DMF) and the Data Task Automation Framework. Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules, including Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing and Master Planning. Experience in implementing and configuring Supply Chain and Warehousing processes within D365, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory to Deliver (I2D), Order to Cash (O2C), Plan to Produce and Planning Optimisation. Ability to lead, support and grow the functional team Skilled in creating functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, and user stories. Agile project methodologies and project management skills.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
