Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to lead the Work Management product capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to define product vision, prioritize the backlog, and ensure successful delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Product Owner for Work Management capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business priorities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Provide product direction throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Ensure Dynamics 365 solutions align with business processes, operational needs, and integration requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionality.
  • Work closely with development, QA, solution architects, and business teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Maintain and communicate the product roadmap and feature priorities.

  • Strong experience as a Product Owner or Business Product Owner.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience managing Work Management capabilities in D365.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Product backlog management.
  • User story writing and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Stakeholder management and business analysis.
  • Functional specification documentation.
  • Sprint planning and backlog grooming.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
