About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Central Lead to join our team in London. This is a great opportunity for someone who has led BC engagements end-to-end and is ready to take on a senior, client-facing role at the heart of our UK operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across client projects, with a strong focus on the Finance module
- Act as the senior technical and functional point of contact for BC engagements, from requirement gathering through go-live
- Manage upgrades, migrations, and customizations, ensuring solutions align with business needs and best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver on time and within scope
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into scalable BC solutions

What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with deep expertise in the Finance module
- Advanced Warehousing experience is a plus
- A proven track record of leading full-cycle BC implementations or upgrades in a senior capacity
- Consulting background with experience managing enterprise or global client relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, with the flexibility to work onsite
