Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of integrated Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions within a multi-system enterprise landscape. The architect will own the overall solution blueprint across functional, technical, integration, and data layers, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

The ideal candidate must have: Strong hands-on experience with integrated D365 F&O and D365 Project Operations environments Deep expertise in German accounting and statutory requirements Familiarity with local financial systems such as DATEV and Lexware (highly desirable)

Key Responsibilities: ✅ End-to-End Solution Ownership Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture across: D365 Finance & Operations (Finance, SCM, PMA) D365 Project Operations Integration, data, and reporting layers Develop and maintain the solution blueprint, architecture roadmap, and design standards ✅ Integration & Project Operations Alignment (Critical) Architect and govern integration between D365 F&O and Project Operations: Project planning, costing, and execution Project accounting (PMA) and financial postings Revenue recognition, billing, and resource management Design integrations with external enterprise systems (CRM, payroll, banking, tax systems) and legacy/local financial systems (e.g., DATEV) Ensure use of standard patterns: Dual-write, Data Entities, OData, Azure Integration Services ✅ Functional & Process Leadership Lead fit-gap analysis, process harmonisation, and template definition Ensure end-to-end process alignment across: Record-to-Record (R2R) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Project lifecycle (estimate → delivery → invoicing → revenue recognition) Drive consistency between Finance and Project Operations processes

Required Skills & Qualifications: 12+ years in ERP consulting, with 7+ years in D365 solution architecture Proven experience as Solution Architect in at least 2 end-to-end D365 implementations Strong expertise in D365 F&O (Finance modules + PMA) D365 Project Operations in an integrated environment Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across F&O and Project Operations, including data flow and integration patterns Strong understanding of Integration architecture (Azure, APIs, Dual-write) Data migration and reporting architecture GAAP/IFRS and compliance requirements Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, RSAT, Power BI (or equivalent)
