Responsibilities
You’ll own the full lifecycle of our Customer Engagement Platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end technical delivery of solutions, ensuring they align with business strategy, security standards, and best practices
- Drive adoption of best practices in solution architecture and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to deliver stakeholders’ goals
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Develop, maintain, and innovate Dynamics solutions that automate workflows, enhance processes, and improve member experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to transform ideas into high-impact, automated products
Specific Technical Duties
Solution Architecture & Development
- Design and implement Dataverse solutions (tables, relationships, forms, views, model-driven apps) aligning with engineering standards
- Develop server-side logic (C# plug-ins, custom workflow activities) and client-side behaviours (TypeScript/JavaScript, form/context APIs)
- Define and execute integration patterns using:
- Azure Functions
- Service Bus
- Webhooks
- Virtual tables
- API Management
- Ensure observability via Application Insights
Automation & Workflows
- Automate business processes using Power Automate (cloud flows) with strong error handling
Modern DevOps & ALM
- Establish ALM practices, including:
- Solution layering
- Environment strategies
- CI/CD with Power Platform Build Tools
- Azure DevOps & GitHub Actions
Security & Compliance
- Embed security-by-design (environment roles, security roles, field security, DLP policies)
- Ensure compliance (auditing, GDPR)
Quality & Performance
- Set quality standards through:
- Solution Checker
- Static analysis
- Automated testing
- Optimise performance & scalability (plugin pipeline optimisation, batching, concurrency controls, index strategy)

- Lead production support, including:
- Troubleshooting complex incidents
- Root-cause analysis & remediation (via controlled releases)
- Evaluate emerging platform capabilities and their business impact
- Champion continuous improvement & knowledge sharing
Requirements
We’re looking for a technically skilled, creative, and passionate individual with:
✅Ideal qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant (MB-230)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
✅Essential experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dataverse, Power Platform, and automation
- Proficiency in C# (server-side plugins, workflows) and TypeScript (client-side logic)
- Experience with Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools
- Strong security & compliance awareness (GDPR, data protection)
- Ability to ** mentor junior team members**
