Solution Ownership & Leadership
🔹 End-to-end delivery of Customer Engagement Platform (Dynamics 365) solutions 🔹 Set standards for solution design, ALM, and technical risk management 🔹 Mentor engineers to foster collaboration and cutting-edge skills
Technical Execution
▶ Dataverse Development:
- Tables, relationships, forms/views, and model-driven apps aligned with security standards. ▶ Server-Side & Client-Side Extensions:
- C# plug-ins, workflows; TypeScript/JavaScript for dynamic UI behaviours. ▶ Integrations:
- Azure Functions, service buses, webhooks; optimise platforms with observability (Application Insights). ▶ Automation:
- Power Automate with error handling for business processes. ▶ CI/CD & ALM:
- Power Platform Build Tools, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions. ▶ Security & Compliance:
- Role-based access, field-level security, DLP policies; ensure GDPR compliance.
Quality & Performance
🔹 Drive quality standards via:
- Solution Checker
- Static code analysis
- Test automation 🔹 Optimise performance & scalability:
- Plugin pipeline optimisations
- Indexing strategies 🔹 Production support:
- Lead troubleshooting for critical incidents
- Controlled deployments for root-cause analysis

Technical Expertise
📌 Certifications Preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
🔹 Expérience with:
- Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Services.
- C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, Power Automate.
- CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
