What You’ll Do
- Provide L1/L2 Microsoft 365 support for customers, ensuring issue resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Take ownership of support tickets, from initial response to final resolution.
- Liaise closely with clients, keeping them informed and maintaining strong relationships.
- Work with your team, Delivery Centre staff, and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the M365 suite (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Entra), tools, and related technologies.
- Deploy solutions at client sites, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business needs.

Requirements
Job Qualifications
You bring hvitamay impact if: ✅ You have 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including at least two of:
- Exchange (major freature ownership, input configuration)
- OneDrive for Business
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD)
✅ Your Microsoft certifications are a plus!
Security Clearance Mandatory: This role is only open to candidates who:
- Already hold UK Government Security Clearance, or
- Are eligible and willing to undergo the SC (Security Check) vetting process (eligibility criteria apply).
