hackajob is collaborating with Version 1 to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to architect and implement scalable, secure, and user-centric applications that drive digital transformation and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Development & Implementation
- Build and deploy Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Configure and integrate Microsoft Dataverse and other data sources (e.g., SQL Server, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists).
- Develop custom components using Power Platform CLI, PCF controls, and connectors where required.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work within delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development cycles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and UX designers to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.

DevOps & Lifecycle Management
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for automated testing, deployment, and version control.
- Maintain and support existing solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Innovation & Advisory
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies including Copilot, AI Builder, and Workflow Agents.
- Advise clients on cloud adoption strategies and the effective use of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Power Platform Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and its role in enterprise applications.
- Experience with Power Apps Test Studio or other automated testing tools.
Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
- Proficient in configuring and integrating Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Forms, and Lists.
- Experience designing and deploying Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform.

Development Skills
- Knowledge of C#, T-SQL, and JavaScript; experience with HTML, CSS3, jQuery, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is advantageous.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and common design patterns.
DevOps & Agile Delivery
- Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog management, CI/CD, and release pipelines.
- Proven track record working in Agile environments and contributing to cross-functional delivery teams.
SharePoint Development
- Experience with SharePoint Online development and configuration.
- Understanding of SharePoint architecture, farm components, and core services (BCS, Search, Excel Services).
Desirable Certifications & Clearances
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable.
