Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer required to join a high-profile digital transformation programme.
Long term engagement on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week on site based in the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Analyse and improve business processes, recommending enhancements and best practices.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices across the team.
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation.
- Work within established standards and governance frameworks while helping to enhance them.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, sharing knowledge of emerging Power Platform capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, avoiding unnecessary complexity and over-engineering.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience conducting code reviews and contributing to development standards and governance.
- A passion for continuous learning and mentoring others within the team.
