These are hybrid full-time (35hr) roles in the Power Platform team at Skipton’s Head Office – officially the happiest place to live in Great Britain for 2025–2026 (as per Rightmove’s Happy at Home survey).

We’re seeking Microsoft Power Platform Engineers to join our forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

You’ll lead end-to-end Power Platform technical delivery, including:

  • Designing Power Automate Cloud & Desktop + Power Apps (model-driven & canvas) solutions
  • Building scalable workflows that simplify processes, driving measurable impact
  • Championing ALM best practices (environments, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Maintaining robust quality, security, and compliance standards
  • Optimising performance through rigorous testing and standards review
  • Mentoring engineers and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
  • Exploring emerging Power Platform automation technologies

Requirements

Minimum Competency

  • Technical expertise & passion for the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Own-initiative approach to problem-solving
  • Creative mindset for improving processes

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Exam PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Exam PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Exam AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
