These are hybrid full-time (35hr) roles in the Power Platform team at Skipton’s Head Office – officially the happiest place to live in Great Britain for 2025–2026 (as per Rightmove’s Happy at Home survey).
We’re seeking Microsoft Power Platform Engineers to join our forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities
You’ll lead end-to-end Power Platform technical delivery, including:
- Designing Power Automate Cloud & Desktop + Power Apps (model-driven & canvas) solutions
- Building scalable workflows that simplify processes, driving measurable impact
- Championing ALM best practices (environments, CI/CD pipelines)
- Maintaining robust quality, security, and compliance standards
- Optimising performance through rigorous testing and standards review
- Mentoring engineers and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Exploring emerging Power Platform automation technologies

Minimum Competency
- Technical expertise & passion for the Microsoft Power Platform
- Own-initiative approach to problem-solving
- Creative mindset for improving processes
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Exam PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Exam PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Exam AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
