Role Overview
As a Microsoft Purview & Modern Workplace Consultant, you’ll deliver Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on data governance and compliance. Working alongside our modern work team, you’ll configure, design and document solutions across Purview, SharePoint and the Power Platform that directly impact our clients’ success.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Microsoft Purview solutions — sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, records management, eDiscovery and audit.
- Build wider Microsoft 365 solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Design and manage SharePoint sites using PnP and CSOM PowerShell.
- Run file migrations and structure designs using tools such as Sharegate.
- Support solution design workshops, requirements gathering and client documentation.
- Deliver training and presentations, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview, implementing data governance and compliance solutions.
- Solid understanding of the Office 365 ecosystem — SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Good working knowledge of information protection, retention, DLP and records management.
- Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and produce high-quality documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.
Desirable
- Microsoft accreditations (e.g. SC-900, SC-400) and experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
