Position: Microsoft Sales Lead
Salary: £120k basic salary plus £120k OTE
Location: UK - remote
About the Role
Our client, a growing Microsoft partner, is looking for a driven, commercially savvy leader to take charge of their Microsoft business unit's growth. This is a broad, high-impact role covering strategy, sales, and delivery oversight - and you'll be the person clients and prospects think of first when they think of the business.
You'll set the direction, build the relationships, and make sure the whole Microsoft team is set up to win - working closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

What You'll Be Doing
- Getting out in front of prospects and clients - leading sales conversations and pulling in delivery/presales support to close deals
- Building a go-to-market plan with the C-suite to grow the Microsoft client base across Dynamics CE and F&O
- Creating and running your own pipeline - spotting opportunities, generating demand, and converting them
- Owning key client relationships, working closely with the Delivery Lead, and stepping in as senior sponsor on bigger projects
- Putting the business on the map at industry events and partner forums
