Microsoft Security Lead
📍 UK Remote | Home & Field-Based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Microsoft professional to take ownership of a growing Microsoft Security practice within a leading technology business. This role sits at the intersection of Microsoft, channel partners, sales and marketing, helping to drive Microsoft Security growth through partner engagement, enablement programmes, campaigns and go-to-market execution. You'll work closely with Microsoft stakeholders, reseller partners, and internal teams to increase adoption of Microsoft Security solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Microsoft Security go-to-market initiatives across the partner channel.
- Build and develop strong relationships with Microsoft and key reseller partners.
- Enable partners to successfully position, sell and expand Microsoft Security solutions.
- Deliver partner-focused campaigns, webinars, events and enablement activities.
- Manage and execute Microsoft-funded programmes and marketing initiatives.
- Support customer acquisition, workload growth, renewals and upsell opportunities through partners.
- Lead regular business reviews, planning sessions and performance discussions.
- Track and report against key Microsoft success metrics and growth objectives.
- Represent the business at Microsoft and partner events.

About You
- Experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, channel, MSP, VAR or technology distribution market.
- Background in partner development, business development, alliances, account management or vendor management.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable presenting to partners, customers and vendor stakeholders.
- Interest in Microsoft Security and cloud technologies.
- Experience working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Self-motivated, commercially aware, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.

Desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft partner programmes and incentives.
- Understanding of CSP and indirect channel sales models.
- Experience managing campaigns, events or marketing budgets.
What's on Offer
- £45,000 - £50,000 base salary.
- OTE circa £65,000 with uncapped earning potential.
