Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft-focused Partner Development professional to drive the growth of Microsoft Security solutions through a thriving network of channel partners.
This role combines partner engagement, go-to-market execution, vendor relationships and commercial strategy to help partners successfully adopt, position and grow Microsoft Security offerings.
Working closely with Microsoft, reseller partners and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving partner activation, pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Microsoft Security growth strategy across the partner community.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and channel partners.
- Enable partners to successfully position and sell Microsoft Security solutions.
- Drive new customer acquisition and security workload adoption.
- Deliver partner enablement activities including webinars, workshops and events.
- Manage Microsoft-funded campaigns and partner marketing initiatives.
- Support partners with Microsoft programmes, incentives and growth opportunities.
- Maintain regular business reviews and planning sessions with Microsoft and key partners.
- Track performance against agreed revenue, pipeline and growth objectives.
- Represent the business at Microsoft and industry events.

About You
- Experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Background in Partner Development, Vendor Management, Alliances, Account Management or Business Development.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth through partners.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable engaging with Microsoft stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
- Interest in cybersecurity and Microsoft Security technologies.

Desirable Experience
- Microsoft Security solutions including Defender, Sentinel, Purview or Entra.
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner, MSP, VAR or vendor.
- Exposure to Microsoft incentives and partner programmes.
- Experience delivering partner-focused campaigns and events.
- Knowledge of CSP and indirect go-to-market models.

- £45,000 - £50,000 Basic
- £65,000+ OTE
