Microsoft Solutions Consultant (Part-Time)
ROC Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams. The role involves delivering technical consultancy, supporting pre-sales activities, validating solution designs, and ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft-based solutions across Azure and Modern Workplace technologies. Working closely with customers, sales teams, architects, and delivery specialists, this consultant will shape solutions, manage technical risk, and resolve complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultancy on Microsoft technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Support pre-sales activities, including discovery workshops, solution design, and customer presentations
- Review and validate solution architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Recommend implementation approaches and risk mitigation strategies
- Act as a senior technical escalation point during project delivery
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to service development, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current with Microsoft technologies, certifications, and industry trends

About You
Essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace solutions
- Experience delivering Microsoft consultancy, solution architecture, or advisory services
- Understanding of Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) and managed service environments
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, and customer-facing engagements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels

Desirable
- Microsoft Azure and/or Modern Workplace certifications
- Experience within an MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider), managed services, or highly regulated environment
- Experience developing Microsoft service offerings and technology roadmaps
- Experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders
