About Suade

Suade is a market-leading regtech SaaS company with cutting-edge technology that automates regulatory reporting, compliance, and financial risk solutions for financial institutions. Our technology outperforms the competition on every metric, and we are supported by unprecedented need for new technology to solve complex and growing regulatory burdens. We serve Tier 1 banks across Europe, North America, and Asia.

We are looking for a Mid-level Backend Engineer to help design, build, and scale our regulatory reporting platform. You'd be joining a tight-knit, enthusiastic team building software where precision genuinely matters. If you enjoy solving complex data problems at scale and want your work to have real-world impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary

£50,000 to £60,000 based on experience

  • This role is based in London. Suade has a flexible working policy but you will need to be available to come into the London office when required. Some travel may be required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
