Mid-Level Creative Producer (Luxury)

About the Brand

This brand designs exceptional jewellery for the modern woman, creating heirlooms for future generations. Artfully blending modernity and timelessness, her mission is to create jewellery that generations of women will wear and adore.

Since launching in 2008, the brand has become known for effortlessly melding the traditional and the contemporary, combining Georgian techniques and expert craftsmanship with modern-day design influences, eschewing trends for a unique, heirloom-inspired aesthetic. Conscious of the demands placed on today’s modern woman, Jessica designs each piece to stand out, but also to work effortlessly within a client’s lifestyle and existing wardrobe.

Purpose of Position

The Creative Producer will support the planning, production and delivery of creative projects across brand campaigns, e-commerce and social content. Working within the Brand Creative team and reporting to the Head of Creative, this role will ensure all productions are executed seamlessly, on schedule and to the highest creative standard, while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of e-commerce, social, tier-two brand campaign shoots and seasonal creative initiatives across stills and video.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, shoot schedules and production logistics across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate all pre and post-production requirements including model castings, locations, crew bookings, styling, call sheets and pre/post-production schedules.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure all creative output aligns with the brand’s visual identity and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee on-set production, ensuring smooth execution and problem-solving throughout.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure all asset requirements and deliverables are captured across channels and formats.
  • Liaise with the Operations and Shipping teams to ensure all jewellery is delivered to set with appropriate insurance and security measures in place.
  • Source and manage external creative partners including photographers, videographers, stylists, set designers, retouchers and freelancers.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams, ensuring projects remain aligned, on track and delivered to deadline.
  • Monitor production budgets and supplier invoices, ensuring accurate tracking and cost management.
  • Stay informed on creative, fashion, luxury and cultural trends, proactively suggesting creative partners that support innovative and elevated brand storytelling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
