Mid-Level Graphic Designer
H/Advisors Cicero | London, UK (Hybrid) – 3 days/week on-site
About the Role
We’re hiring a talented Graphic and Digital Designer to join our creative team at H/Advisors Cicero.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of some of the world’s most influential organisations, working at the intersection of corporate communications, public affairs, and brand strategy.
You’ll be part of the H/Advisors global network and the wider Havas Group, benefiting from a creative energy, world-class resources, and a collaborative environment within one of the world’s leading communications groups.
Working alongside strategists, consultants, and creatives, you’ll deliver bold, intelligent design solutions that drive impact and elevate our clients’ stories.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and execution of design projects across digital and print.
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual outputs.
- Develop:
- Brand identities
- Campaign assets
- Presentations
- Reports
- Infographics
- Social media content (including video and animation)
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence and clarity.
- Contribute to the evolution of our creative offering and help mentor junior designers.

Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in a mid-level design role, ideally within an agency or corporate communications environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and versatility across digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and digital design tools (e.g., Figma, After Effects).
- Understanding of corporate brand guidelines and the ability to work creatively within them.
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting design concepts with clarity and confidence.
