About Bright White Ltd

We are delighted to announce that we seek a new team member to join our company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most exciting interpretive design consultancies in the UK.

We are now 21 years old and are well underway with a truly exciting new chapter of the company. Bright White has a long and successful record of assisting its clients to achieve their aims and objectives in cultural sector projects. We work with government agencies, local authorities, trusts, and cultural organisations. We work with clients to develop their messaging, understand their audiences, then propose a blend of media communications approaches to help them to tell their story. We work across all media - from traditional spoken word, through graphics, publications, exhibitions, film, audio, interactive media, and XR to the application of horizon technologies such as machine learning and AI. We love to innovate.

We also collaborate with cultural organisations and university research departments to push the boundaries of storytelling possibility, and create new storytelling tools through applied research and development.

Joining Bright White now also means joining the Keywords Studios Group - a global and vibrant company of over 13,000 people, and the world's largest provider of creative and technical services to the video games industry, also servicing the media and entertainment industries.

You will be a highly valued addition to the team, creating greater capacity to work on more projects, and join us on the journey of working with some of the most interesting and worthwhile subject matter around.

Role

The successful candidate will be covering maternity leave for a highly valued member of the team. The period of cover will extend until 16th April 2027.

The position available is a fixed-term contract.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
