Job Title: Mid-Level Power BI Developer – Reporting & Data Analytics

About the Role
We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong experience in reporting and data analytics to support Service Level Management (SLM), Operational Performance, and integration with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Genesys. This role will focus on delivering actionable insights that drive service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Advanced Dashboards: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualize service level metrics, operational KPIs, and performance trends.
- Data Modeling & Analytics: Design strong data models to support SLA tracking and operational reporting.
- Integration with Enterprise Tools: Connect Power BI to ServiceNow, Genesys, and other systems to consolidate data for unified reporting.
- DAX & Power Query: Develop robust data models and advanced calculations to support SLA compliance, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure dashboards are optimized for speed and scalability across large datasets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Service Management to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Governance & Security: Implement security standards and maintain data integrity across all reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of Power BI development with a focus on operational and service reporting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Strong DAX and Power Query (M) skills.
- Experience integrating Power BI with ServiceNow and/or Genesys.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Level Management.
- Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse).
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Exposure to contact center analytics and operational performance metrics.
