Job Description
You will own end-to-end product design at &Dine, shaping experiences for makers, employers, and employees. This role involves leading design strategy across complex user journeys, conducting lean research, and establishing the company’s foundational design culture. It’s an opportunity to build a design system from scratch within a high-growth, mission-driven environment.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end product design strategy and execution across multi-sided user journeys for makers, employers, and employees.
- Partner with product and engineering to conduct lean user research and validate assumptions through rapid prototyping and testing.
- Establish lightweight design processes and build the foundational components of the &Dine design system to support scalable growth.
The ideal candidate
- Has at least 3 years of UX/product design experience, ideally within a fast-moving startup or marketplace environment.
- Demonstrates high proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered interaction design and complex problem-solving.
- Possesses a collaborative mindset and the confidence to navigate ambiguity, structuring design problems where little framework currently exists.
