About The Role
We're looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our design team and help us level up critical areas of Questionmark OnDemand.
In this role, you will:
- Use your User Experience & Interface skill sets to craft concepts, prototypes and high fidelity interfaces for dev implementation
- Be engaging across multiple teams that own various products and features within the platform
- Need to clearly articulate design solutions to stakeholders and leadership, and how they will meet user and customer needs
- Be instrumental in collaboration & critique sessions with key stakeholders, and bring confident decision-making based on your experience
- Pro-actively seek & provide feedback to ensure team and project alignment
- Bring a team player attitude, with clear and timely communication with your working team mates
- Use AI technology into your workflows as a catalyst for progress
- Support the product roadmap through research-led insights to deliver refined, purposeful, and intuitive digital experiences
This is a role for someone who enjoys seeing their designs come to life, having real-world impact.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Be a critical design resource for the Questionmark OnDemand platform, supporting the agile teams develop complete features and updates
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers on a daily basis
- Use emerging technologies such as AI to assist the outcomes of your work
- Contribute to the wider design team's artefacts, such as the Design System
- Improve the usability and experience of the platform through connecting with customers and end users

Experience & Skills
Required:
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in a product design role
- A proven record of solving problems through design thinking, which have been implemented and shipped to production
- Experience with web applications and systems
- Must be self-sufficient and resourceful to lead your own work
- A base technical understanding of front-end technologies
- Presentation and storytelling skills
Nice to Have:
- Accessibility and inclusive design experience is a bonus
- Base level of understanding or writing code

Location & Working Style
Our team is based in Dublin City Centre. We value the balance between flexibility and the energy of in-person collaboration, and work from the office at least three days a week.
