OUR WORK MODEL
- Hybrid: This role requires you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
YOUR ROLE
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will:
- Lead acquisition and growth of mid-market customers across the UK.
- Accelerate Cognism’s regional growth by delivering value to commercial prospects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and exceed revenue targets in a high-growth SaaS environment.
YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
- Own Your Territory
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your mid-market territory.
- Work closely with Sales Development to identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects into revenue.

Own the Sales Cycle
- Lead end-to-end sales, including:
- Outbound prospecting & strategy
- Tailored demos
- Contract negotiation
- Consistently surpass mid-market quotas by showcasing Cognism’s value.

Strengthen Cross-Functional Impact
- Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey to deliver commercial impact.

Champion UK Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Shape and iterate our GTM approach for the UK mid-market, ensuring relevance and competitiveness.

- Regularly shadow peers, seek feedback, and foster a learning-focused culture.

- Provide accurate pipeline insights for effective sales leadership planning.

Proven SaaS Sales Performance
- Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying Account Executive in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
- Track record of exceeding targets.
