Sales Executive: Mid Market at ProFinda, EMEA
ProFinda is expanding their sales efforts in the EMEA market and searching for a passionate and innovative Sales Executive to help us continue to engage and win new customers. Our company is a fun, fast-paced environment with enormous opportunities.
If you want to be a critical asset in our continued growth, then we would love to speak to you. The ideal candidate needs to have a relentless drive that allows you to exceed typical outcomes and deliver results when others would likely have given up. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with a background selling into professional services organizations.
This is a hybrid role, based out of our London office.
Sales Cycle Overview:
At our company, the sales cycle to win mid-market clients can range from 3 to 12 months.
It is important that the Sales Executive understands the dynamics of these sales cycles and can effectively manage multiple deals at once.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business sales in the mid-market segment through prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing mid-market customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects and customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that align with customer needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously and effectively prioritize and manage time to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our products and services.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market customers.
- Ideally experience in ProServe.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple deals and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
