Role & Requirements
As a Mid-Level or Senior Product Engineer, your primary focus will involve:
- Building, designing, and shipping product features.
- Solving complex technical challenges.
- Enhancing platform performance and reliability.
- Shaping the future direction of the product.
Key responsibilities include owning solutions continuously, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring robust code quality and scalability.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Building production-grade software with React, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Demonstrated ability for:
- Outstanding problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong ownership mindset with high personal standards.
- Thriving in high-performing teams, ideally within start-up settings.
- Leveraging AI as a productivity multiplier while retaining sound engineering judgment and quality control.
