Salary: In the region of GBP38,43,000 DOE
About The Company
An established AJ100 national architectural practice with multiple offices across the UK is seeking an ambitious and motivated Intermediate Architectural Technician / Technologist to join its growing Wakefield team. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across a range of sectors and has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality architectural solutions to a long-standing client base. With projects located nationwide, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative and experienced team environment while taking ownership of project responsibilities and contributing to the successful delivery of schemes from technical design through to completion.

Daily Duties
- Produce and develop detailed technical design information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- Prepare, update and issue comprehensive working drawing packages
- Coordinate project information with consultants, contractors and the wider design team
- Attend and contribute to design team and site meetings
- Liaise directly with main contractors and specialist subcontractors throughout project delivery
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical and construction-related queries
- Support the delivery of high-quality projects within agreed timescales and budgets
- Manage and coordinate smaller-scale projects where required

Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
- Several years job running and post-qualification experience within an architectural practice
- Experience attending site meetings and managing smaller-scale projects
- Revit is essential
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to occasional travel to projects across the UK
- Proactive, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work
