What We Are Looking For
This role will be responsible for shaping and delivering a best-in-class editorial fashion news content offering that drives player engagement, supports brand storytelling, and strengthens DREST’s position at the intersection of fashion, beauty, gaming and culture. This senior role will play a central part in developing daily in-app editorial content and innovative content activations that reflect the real-time fashion and lifestyle zeitgeist.
Working closely with the Head of Editorial, fashion, product, data, marketing, partnerships and talent teams, this role will ensure editorial fashion news content is aligned with player needs, supports in-game experiences, and delivers engaging, commercially relevant and culturally timely storytelling across all DREST channels.
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Editorial Fashion News Content Excellence: Deliver daily fashion, beauty, entertainment and culture news content that is timely, engaging, accurate and aligned with DREST’s editorial standards and tone of voice.
- Trend & Cultural Relevance: Maintain a strong pulse on emerging fashion, beauty, entertainment and social media trends, translating them into compelling in-app editorial content, themed events and challenge concepts.
- Player Experience Enhancement: Develop editorial concepts and challenge formats that help the player style better. This means you are an expert stylist. This then improves the player journey, enhance challenge engagement and support overall retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across editorial, fashion, product, data, marketing, partnerships, PR and talent teams to ensure editorial content supports wider business and product objectives.
- Brand & Industry Representation: Act as an ambassador for DREST externally, building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, PRs, talent and industry partners, including representing DREST at fashion weeks, press days and industry events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
