Job Title: Mid-Term Changes Administrator
Location: Pride Park, Derby
Brand: LRG
Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, 2 Saturdays per year 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Full use of Propco System using workflows, mail merge, confirming Tenancies, checking in of Tenants.
- Processing and chasing Tenant reference, liaising with Keysafe and employers/landlords if necessary.
- Raising invoices for initial monies.
- Drawing up Tenancy Agreements and sending via Docusign.
