The role involves taking clear creative directions, ideas, or briefs and transforming them into impactful content across photography, video, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and guide creative execution across campaigns and content — including stills and video — whilst maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
Our needs are:
- Lead and support art direction across campaigns, including photography, content capture, and graphic systems.
- Translate creative briefs into clear visual frameworks for shoots, content, and asset rollouts.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and strong visual hierarchy in execution.
- Apply artistic expertise in layout, typography, and composition.
- Collaborate with motion and video teams to ensure cohesive branding between still and moving media.

To Be Considered, You Must Master:
Content Translation & Application
- Shape and align ideas ready for diverse formats: websites, social media, paid media, CRM, or in-store/Virtual Marketing.
- Understand how to adapt creative approaches without compromising impact while maintaining brand coherence.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Creative Leads, Video Editors, Production, Content, and Marketing teams.
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to in-house designers and junior creatives.
- Ensure creativity and quality are upheld across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Act decisively to guide decisions when direction is unclear.
Brand & Taste Leadership
- Be the visual identity guardian for LOOKFANTASTIC.
- Offer strong opinion on layout, styling, and graphic design.
- Stay informed on current trends in fashion/beauty and digital visual culture.
- Champion work that is elevated, intentional, and culturally relevant—without unnecessary complexity.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven art direction experience in creative or design roles.
- Confidence working across stills, video, and graphic systems.
- Proven ability to translate creative concepts into executable frameworks.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and resilient under pressure.
- Leadership in both hands-on work and team support.
- Strong background in graphic design and art direction.
- Expertise in: layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with established brand systems.
- Ability to present and provide direction to others clearly.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
