E.ON Next is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-weight Creative Copywriter to join our growing creative team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering the verbal identity of our brand across a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality copy execution and becoming a guardian of our brand voice. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and evolving environment. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Develop and execute creative copy for a variety of E.ON Next channels, including digital, social, display, print, motion, and CRM across multiple projects. Collaborate closely with the design team and wider project teams to understand target audiences, help develop key messaging and claims, and successfully deliver briefs. Ensure all copy outputs are aligned with the E.ON Next brand, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. Present creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind your ideas. Work to tight deadlines, effectively managing your workload against key project milestones. Are we the perfect match? We’re looking for a Mid-weight Creative Copywriter with the following experience and skills: Exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of verbal communication, storytelling, and brand building. A highly creative individual with a proven ability to translate complex propositions and business challenges into simple, audience-centric copy. Ability to flex and adapt across multiple projects and workstreams. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven experience confidently navigating feedback from multiple stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Robust knowledge of copywriting principles, with a strong understanding of tone of voice, brand messaging, and storytelling. Proven experience in writing for a variety of digital and print formats. Experience working within a regulated industry and building and substantiating claims. It would be great if you had: 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative department. Experience working within the regulated energy sector would be highly advantageous. Experience with Google Workspace (including deck building in Google Slides) and Asana. A strong understanding of current communication trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape. A proactive approach, open to new technologies, software, AI efficiencies, and evolving ways of working. Here’s what else you need to know Role may close earlier due to high applications.
