I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Us:
We build brands people want to be part of and your customers believe in. In other words, we work Inside & Out.
Inside organisations, we create employee engagement, culture, learning and internal communications that inspire people to live the brand every day.
Outside, we build brands through advertising, brand strategy, PR, social, content, film, events and sponsorship.
We believe great brands need to keep their promise twice. First inside the organisation, through people who understand it, believe in it and bring it to life. Then out in the world, through marketing that excites and surprises customers into action. That's why we're built differently, bringing internal and external communications together under one roof, with one integrated team working across both sides.
We're proudly independent, which means we're free to challenge convention, think differently and pursue the ideas that create the greatest impact for our clients, internally, out in the world, and commercially.
The same mindset drives the way we work. We're investing heavily in generative AI and transforming our creative studio around AI-enabled workflows. We're looking for people who are excited to help shape what a next generation creative agency looks like, combining exceptional design craft with proven, leading-edge AI capability.
If you're already leading the way in AI and are ambitious and excited by where it could head next, you'll fit right in.
