We’re seeking a Mid-weight Creative Retoucher to join our award-winning creative production agency in London, where we partner with top agencies and global brands to create cutting-edge content for print, digital, social and advertising.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate retoucher who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment and wants to elevate campaigns across areas like beauty, automotive, advertising, still life, and lifestyle.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a talented creative team working alongside retouchers, designers, 3D artists, animators, and producers. Your role will span from initial brief through final delivery, producing high-end retouching for global campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-end creative retouching for both digital and print campaigns.
- Performing colour correction, compositing, and non-destructive editing to perfection.
- Managing projects from brief to final delivery.
- Collaborating with producers, creatives, and clients to refine and enhance deadlines.
- Supporting estimates, timelines, and project planning.
- Exploring AI tools and emerging technologies to optimise workflows.
- Mentoring junior team members and driving best creative practice.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of commercial retouching experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A brilliant portfolio showcasing high-quality work in advertising, beauty, still life, or automotive projects.
- Expert Photoshop skills, with a deep understanding of colour management and print production.
- Strong photography knowledge, including lighting and composition.
- Experience working in a creative agency, production studio, or post-production team.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with ** razor-sharp attention to detail**.
- The ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
