🚀 Freelance Midweight Designer Role

🍽️ Hospitality experience essential

📍 Location: London | Commitment: 2 days per week for 6 months

💰 Rate: £250–300 per day


A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Midweight Designer to join a fast-paced creative team on an ongoing freelance basis.

We're looking for someone with proven experience designing for hospitality, food & drink or lifestyle brands. If you enjoy creating bold, engaging work across marketing campaigns, events, social media, and branded environments, and love working in a fast-moving creative team, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a 2-day-per-week freelance contract for an initial 6-month period, offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative team while delivering exciting consumer-facing work.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activity
  • Creating engaging social media content and digital marketing assets
  • Designing menus, promotional materials, and branded communications
  • Working with food & drink photography across a variety of campaigns
  • Designing artwork for print, large format, and environmental graphics
  • Developing creative concepts and seeing them through to final delivery
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life
  • Maintaining strong brand consistency across multiple touchpoints
  • Managing multiple projects while delivering high-quality creative work to tight deadlines

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years' experience within a creative, marketing, or design environment
  • Previous experience working for hospitality, food & drink, or leisure brands is essential
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Ability to take projects from concept through to final artwork
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
