Mid-Weight Digital Designer

We're recruiting for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join a fast-growing international sports and entertainment organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a globally recognised sports brand, creating high-quality creative for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, live events, broadcast, partnerships and commercial campaigns. You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced team where creativity, attention to detail and delivering at pace are key.

You'll be creating creative for always-on social content, YouTube thumbnails and channel assets, paid social campaigns, event branding, broadcast graphics, partnership activations, email marketing, presentations and digital campaigns. This is a hands-on execution role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys producing high-quality work at pace while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing engaging creative for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, presentations, print, broadcast and live events.
  • Producing production-ready artwork across digital, print and broadcast assets.
  • Creating and adapting campaign creative across multiple platforms, formats and specifications.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Helping develop templates and design systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Contributing ideas to campaigns while ensuring exceptional execution and attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
