Purple Dinosaur is looking for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team.
This is a role for a commercially minded designer who wants to grow into a senior role inside a fast-moving agency with an ambitious client list. You'll design across brand, digital and print for clients in aesthetics, longevity, health, hospitality, premium lifestyle and more.
A note on AI: we want someone with true craft at the core, but if you're already integrating AI tools into your workflow and you're excited about where the craft is heading, you'll fit in. Robots don’t replace great people - we find they’re just supercharging the right creatives.
What you'll be doing
- Designing across brand identity, digital campaigns, social, print collateral, packaging and event assets
- Taking creative direction and turning it into polished, on-brand output across multiple touchpoints
- Working across multiple client accounts
- Producing artwork for print production (brochures, event branding, packaging, signage)
- Building out digital assets for paid social, landing pages, email and websites
- Adapting master campaigns into full asset suites across formats
- Preparing files for print and digital production to a high standard
- Using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, iteration and production
- Contributing ideas in creative reviews, as well as executing to brief

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
