Mid-weight Integrated Strategist – Elite Independent Agency
Location: London (Victoria area – 3 days hybrid: Tue, Wed, Thu)
Salary: £50,000 + Performance Bonus + Premium Benefits Package
Our client, a thriving 15-person independent digital and integrated communications agency, is undergoing exciting international growth and has recently secured an expansive remit to develop the tactical strategy for one of the world’s most prestigious financial services and luxury card brands.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deconstruct & Distil: Turn complex, high-frequency tactical briefs (covering luxury consumer, small business, and corporate merchant tiers) into actionable insights.
- Craft the Proposition: Define the exact strategy, messaging framework, and single-minded proposition (SMP) that guides creative copywriters and designers.
- Own the Channel Architecture: Lead high-impact customer communications, with a strong focus on email ecosystems, mobile apps, and social channels.
- Command the Room: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients, presenting strategies, defending ideas live, and demonstrating expertise with confidence and resilience.
What You’ll Bring
- Agency Experience: Proven Strategist/Planner track record within fast-paced UK creative, digital, or integrated marketing agencies.
- Tactical Chops: Expertise in comms planning, messaging frameworks, and lifecycle/CRM strategies, particularly email and app-led approaches (not Brand Identity/UX/Base Content).
- Sector Familiarity: Hands-on experience with financial services, fintech, travel, or premium B2C brands (highly desirable).
- Mindset: Resilient, proactive, and hands-on self-starter with a thermal tolerance for speed and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional Communication: Natural confidence in presenting to clients, with the ability to navigate constructive debate and pushback.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience.
