About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Mid-Weight Designer with packaging expertise to join our creative team on a six-month Fixed Term Contract.
This role is perfect for detail-oriented designers who love blending creativity with beauty industry intelligence—specifically those who excel in packaging design, balancing inspiration with commercial viability and functionality. You’ll own the concept-to-artefact journey for packaging across product ranges and campaign launches, ensuring designs enhance physical retail and online touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop packaging concepts for primary and secondary formats.
- Create print-ready artwork with unprecedented attention to detail for high-quality production.
- Support product launches with packaging refreshes, line extensions, and campaign campaigns.
- Translate brand briefs into commercial design solutions, collaborating with product teams.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, regulatory compliance, and visual identity.
- Create supporting artboards, mockups, and assets for internal presentations and launch materials.
- Balance consistency with innovation across packaging systems.
About You
- Solid beauty/skincare/lifestyle brand experience, primarily in packaging or brand design.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
- Superior typography, layout, colour, and material aesthetics—both on-shelf and online.
- Background working in fast-paced brand teams with packaging outputs (brand assets, POS collateral, etc.).
- Packaging production knowledge—including sustainability and finishes.
- Regulatory compliance awareness (GMOs, claims, etc.), plus experience with oproprietary partnership terms.

Location
Full-time hybrid role (2+ Days In-Office, 3 in London, UK). Position rebooting after 6 months.
