Responsib ilities:Collaborate closely with the design lead on your engagement to facilitate delivery, owning all operational tasks to set the project team up for success.Build our clients’ trust by taking the lead in operational matters throughout delivery, such as refinements in ways of working, setting client expectations about upcoming activiti es, etc.Develop a deep understanding of the work being delivered by the project team through active contributions in group discussion throughout the engagement (e.g. requirements gathering sessions, design crits, UX reviews, product definition workshop s, etc.)Partner with UX and product designers during discovery, prototyping, and validation phases to maintain alignment between user needs, design intent, technical considerations, and project cons traints.Act as the voice of the client within the agency by ensuring project requirements and client feedback are addressed in design disc ussions.Maintain governance and status tracking documentation throughout project d elivery.Actively contribute to the studio
