Working pattern: Monday – Friday, variable between 11.30am – 13.30pm.
Contract term can either be a casual agreement or placed on a permanent contract.
Join Our Team as a Midday Supervisor at Claydon Primary School
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and caring Midday Supervisor to join our lovely team. If you enjoy working with children and want a role that makes a real difference in their day, this is the perfect opportunity!
What you will do:
- Supervise students during lunch, in the dining hall and playground
- Encourage positive behaviour and uphold our school rules and values
- Support students, helping to create a safe, happy, and welcoming environment
- Report any concerns or incidents to staff promptly.

Who we are looking for:
- Someone who enjoys working with young people and can be a positive role model
- Confident, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous school or supervisory experience (a bonus, but not essential)
- Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and children’s wellbeing.
