About the Role
We are seeking a Midday Supervisor to manage busy lunch times in our dining hall and playground. You will:
- Plan, deliver, and monitor a programme of engaging and high-quality games and structured activities for children during lunchtime.
- Enhance the school environment by fostering a safe, supervision and enrichment for young learners.
- Promote positive behaviours, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all students.
- Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team, contributing to a positive school atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead lunchtime activities effectively in the dining hall and playground.
- Supervise children’s behaviour, ensuring safety, engagement, and enjoyment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, structured lunar environment.
- Provide continuous support for pupils during their break time.
