Midday Supervisory Assistant EDV/2026/EWOA/74483

About This Role

Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more.

Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work together where the challenge is greatest to change the lives and build the futures of children and young people.

We strive every day to create an education that sees the young people of Edward Worlledge Ormiston Academy, and the community beyond, get the very best, not just in an academic sense but also in developing the skill set, confidence, attitudes and aspirations that will provide the catalyst for sustained success throughout their lives. We are commited to provide challenging and enjoyable learning experiences for all our children, to help them develop into successful, happy and healthy young people.

In order to support this aim, we are looking for a midday supervisor assistant to join our friendly team of midday support staff, who are dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities for our students.

Working with the midday team, you will have a calm, caring manner and enjoy working with children. You will have the ability to supervise and support pupils through play. Part of the role requires you to clean and move tables.

The role is a fixed term role until 20 July 2026 and will be working 10 hours per week during school term time.

Edward Worlledge Ormiston Academy is a community school for children in the 4-11 age range. We are immensely proud of our happy and nurturing ethos, where each child is valued and supported as an individual. Our children are at the heart of everything that we do and they have a strong voice in the decisions that we make.
