About the Client

Our client is a payment infrastructure platform that facilitates seamless transaction processing for global businesses within Asia's diverse markets. They offer pay-in and payout solutions through over 50 local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and cards. Their services cater to merchants, financial institutions, and digital wallets, ensuring compliance and security in all transactions.


Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager (Junior/Middle), you will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand our client's reach in a rapidly evolving market. This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential customers, supporting sales activities, and helping to build a robust sales pipeline. This position offers great potential for career advancement in the fintech sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers that match the company's target profile.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Support cold calling activities and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using predefined criteria before passing them to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep prospect information up to date.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach.
  • Use AI tools and sales platforms to improve prospect research and personalize communication.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams by sharing feedback from customer conversations and market trends.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities when required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, customer success, or a similar role. Recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable communicating with new people via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Experience using CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) and a willingness to learn modern sales technologies.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to develop a career in B2B sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or industry events if needed.
  • Languages: English B2.
  • Experience in fintech.
