We're looking for a Middle Weight Digital Designer to join our eCommerce UX team on a 12-month FTC, based at NEXT Head Office in Leicestershire!

The Role

This role is for a proactive designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to turn fresh concepts into polished, digital-ready content. Whether you are coming from an agency or an in-house background, you will join a supportive community of experts who are ready to share their skills and help you evolve.

What You'll Take On

  • Lead the creative process by taking briefs from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring every design is exceptional and brand-aligned.
  • Design high-impact digital content, including landing pages, homepages, emails, and editorial features that drive commercial success.
  • Produce professional assets for onsite graphics, moodboards, and pitch packs to support our internal teams.
  • Partner with commercial teams to ensure your designs are effective in reaching our global audience.
  • Contribute to our culture by sharing original ideas and helping to evolve our digital style and layouts.
