Middle Weight Digital Designer (eCommerce UX) – 12 Month FTC

At NEXT, we don’t just create digital assets; we craft seamless experiences that inspire millions of customers worldwide. As a Midweight Creative Designer within our Online Creative team, you will be at the heart of bringing our brand to life across our digital platforms.

Based from our HEADQUARTERS in LEICESTERSHIRE, this role is ideal for a proactive designer thriving in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Take On

  • Lead the creative process, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring exceptional, brand-aligned designs.
  • Design high-impact digital content, including:
    • Landing pages
    • Homepages
    • Emails
    • Editorial features—all designed to drive commercial success.
  • Produce professional assets such as:
    • Onsite graphics
    • Moodboards
    • Pitch packs to support internal teams.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure designs reach our global audience effectively.
  • Contribute creatively by sharing original ideas and evolving our digital style and layouts.

  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable using Figma along with Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Clear communication: Confidence in presenting work to stakeholders across the business.
  • Organisational skills: Efficiently manage workloads during busy periods.
  • Collaborative spirit: Thrives in a team-first environment.
