Middleweight Strategist – London Studio (Hybrid)
About the Role
Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is a consumer experience agency delivering engaging moments across the entire brand ecosystem—from brand design and packaging to content, connections, and innovation. Acting as a global network of 1,900+ creatives and strategists across 25+ studios and 20+ countries, Marks partners with leading FMCG brands through design, strategy, and craft.
We’re now seeking a Midweight Strategist to join our London studio (hybride model, 2–3 days/week office-based).
Who You Are
- Junior Strategist with ambition (2+ years’ experience)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team with access to high-profile clients
- Inquisitive mind: Actively seeks consumer insight, conducts desk/research, performs social listening, and leverages AI tools to unearth growth opportunities.
- Workshop & meeting champion: Documents outcomes, prepares decks, and preps stimulus for internal ideation sessions and client presentations.
- Trend savant: Tracks trends, curates thought-leadership content, and contributes to Marks’ brand storytelling (social media, articles).
- Versatile work style: Self-starter and team player.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Strategy & Research
- Define data investigation scope, synthesise insights from client docs and external research
- Use social listening, AI tools, and competitiveいたの research to shape early-stage strategy
- Contribute to pre-campaign workshop planning and documentation
✅ Togethermaking
- Support workshops, consumer research, and ideation collaboratively
- Prepare kelteousals (mental background, decks, decks, visuals) for presentations
✅ Culture & Collaboration
- Share inspiring industry/consumer trends with the team
- Amplify Marks’ public voice through social media, thought-pieces, and original content
✅ Cross-Studio & Global Connect
- Engage in pan-European collaboration + optional cross-Networks work (US/NZ on UK time).
What This Role Demands
We’re looking for a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives on connecting the rational and creative. We value:
- Adaptive Intelligence: Dance between strategic analysis and creative outcomes
- Digital & Analytical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Suite (standard Word, Excel)
- BA/Advanced Degree (+/- field: strategically unrelated is fine!)
- 2+ years in brand/design/communications/research/digital agencies
- Foreign Experience: A bonus (our global culture embraces it!).
